Recommended Treatment

Sports Therapy

Sports Therapy can assess and support many musculoskeletal pain and injury presentations. If your history or examination suggests that medical review, imaging or another professional is more appropriate, Harrison will explain this clearly and advise the next step.

next step

01. Book an initial MSK Assessment

An initial MSK assessment is required. Your assessment is based on your health, movement and goals, rather than relying only on the name of a condition.

02. Attend your MSK Assessment

You will leave with a clear treatment plan after your initial assessment.

Common reasons people book Sports Massage

You do not need to be an athlete. People book massage when muscles feel tight, heavy or overworked after training, work or everyday life.

Extra support when training load builds before an event, or when tired muscles need attention afterwards.

Focused treatment for muscular tightness or soreness that is making training less comfortable.

Hands-on treatment for muscles that feel tight or tired after desk work, driving or a physical job.

A practical option when muscles keep feeling restricted, even without a new injury.

Recommended treatment

Sports Massage

Focused hands-on treatment for muscular tension, stiffness and exercise-related soreness. Harrison works from anatomy and movement, tailoring each session to the areas carrying the most load. No Initial MSK Assessment is required.

Next step

01. Choose your appointment

Choose 30 minutes for one main area, 60 minutes for more time across related areas, or the 90-minute Full Body Reset for wider whole-body muscular tension and recovery.

02. Attend your appointment

Tell Harrison which areas feel tight or overworked. Your treatment will be adjusted to you, so you leave feeling looser and more comfortable.
