PROFESSIONAL SCOPE
Services are provided within the practitioner's training, competence, FHT membership and insurance arrangements. We may recommend a GP or another healthcare professional where a concern falls outside that scope or requires further investigation.
ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY
We take reasonable care over website information but cannot promise that every item will always be complete, current or error-free. We may update, suspend or withdraw content or functions.
BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS AND EXTERNAL SERVICES
Bookings may be made through Cliniko or Treatwell. Payments may be processed by Treatwell or Square, or accepted by cash or an agreed bank transfer. Those suppliers may apply their own terms and privacy information. Booking, cancellation and refund arrangements are explained in our separate policy.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, disrupt its operation or use content unlawfully.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless stated otherwise, Statera Therapy Ltd owns the original wording, branding and photographs. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. Other copying, modification, republication or commercial use requires written permission.
