ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Effective date: 17 October 2026
Next review: 17 October 2027
OUR COMMITMENT
Statera Therapy wants its website and services to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible. We aim to work towards WCAG 2.2 level AA, but we do not currently claim full conformance.
MEASURES TAKEN
Accessibility work includes reviewing headings, labels, colour contrast, focus visibility, keyboard access, link wording, image alternatives, responsive layouts and form behaviour. Automated tools cannot identify every barrier, so manual checks and user feedback remain important.
KNOWN LIMITATIONS
No specific unresolved limitation is currently listed, but this is not a claim of full WCAG conformance. We will update this statement when a new limitation is identified.
ASSISTANCE AND FEEDBACK
If you need information in another reasonable format or encounter an accessibility problem, contact hello@stateratherapy.info. Please describe the page, feature or content and the help you need. We aim to acknowledge an accessibility report within 48 hours and will explain the next practical step.
REVIEW
We review accessibility at least annually and after major website changes. This statement describes a self-evaluation and is not an independent accessibility certification.
ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Statera Therapy is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability. We aim to adhere as closely as possible to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0, Level AA), published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines will help make the web more user friendly to everyone.
Conformance Status
Whilst Statera Therapy strives to adhere to the guidelines and standards for accessibility, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website and we are currently working to achieve this. Be aware that due to the dynamic nature of the website, minor issues may occasionally occur as it is updated regularly. We are continually seeking out solutions that will bring all areas of the site up to the same level of overall web accessibility.
Feedback
If you have any comments and or suggestions relating to improving the accessibility of our site, please don't hesitate to contact our accessibility coordinator Harrison by e-mailing hello@stateratherapy.info. Your feedback will help us make improvements.
