You may be more familiar with physiotherapy, osteopathy or chiropractic care. Harrison is a qualified Sports Therapist who assesses and treats musculoskeletal pain, injuries and movement problems. He will explain whether Sports Therapy is suitable for your situation. If you would be better served by your GP or another healthcare professional, he will tell you and explain why.
How your assessment and treatment work
01 Assess and understand
Harrison will ask about your symptoms, health, work, activities and goals. He will then assess the movements that are relevant to your problem.
02 Explain and treat
Your appointment may include hands-on treatment. Harrison will explain what he is doing and make sure you are comfortable.
03 Rehabilitate and progress
You will receive advice and exercises that suit your situation. Follow-up appointments allow Harrison to review your progress and adjust the plan.
